All Sales Are Final

  • No Refunds: All sales of our coaching services and handmade products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. This policy applies to all services, including but not limited to coaching sessions, workshops, and digital products, as well as all handmade products such as candles, oils, and crystals.
  • Exceptions: The only exceptions to this policy are if a product is defective or if a coaching session is canceled by Empowered by Divinity. In these cases, we will provide a replacement product or reschedule the session at no additional cost.

Defective Products

  • Reporting Defects: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide a description of the defect along with any relevant photos.
  • Replacement: Upon verification of the defect, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will offer a store credit or a refund at our discretion.

Canceled Sessions

  • Rescheduling: If Empowered by Divinity cancels a coaching session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.
  • Refund: If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund for the canceled session.
