At age 29, I experienced what some might call a ‘dark night of the soul.’
After a failed relationship and a disastrous investment that left me with nothing, losing my home and starting from scratch, I felt profoundly shaken by the harsh reality of impermanence. Lacking the tools I have now, life felt incredibly hard. I was at my lowest point, uncertain about how to move forward.
But I knew that if I wanted to change my situation, I had to start somewhere. My intuition guided me to begin with healing my body. At the time, I was suffering from allergies, gut issues, anxiety, and depression. I adopted a strict vegan diet for several months and started to notice a difference. I soon discovered a wealth of information about healing the body that was not readily available in conventional medicine. I made it my mission to find the answers I needed to improve not only my health but also my mindset and every area of my life.
I embarked on my journey to become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and continued to educate myself in areas that genuinely improve people’s lives. In 2019, I traveled to India to become certified as a Yoga teacher. Experiencing numerous benefits from yoga, I felt it was essential to share this practice with others. At the same time, I pursued my longstanding passion for practical psychology, delving into the workings of the mind and merging this knowledge with ancient wisdom and spirituality.
Today, I help my clients achieve peace of mind and gain deeper self-awareness, empowering them to live proactively rather than reactively. In other words, I guide my clients to consciously create their reality instead of feeling victimized by their circumstances.
